Shipping

*Pudding desserts are not included as an available item for shipping.

Monday Shipping Advisory

Orders are processed and shipped on Monday weekly via USPS. Shipping orders placed by 12pm Saturday will be included in the following Monday's shipment. Any orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will be processed and shipped on the second Monday.

Notifications

Emails regarding shipping status are sent when orders are processed, fulfilled and shipped. Shipping confirmation emails include the USPS tracking number associated with your package. If you have not received an email regarding the status of your order, it is because it has not yet been processed. Orders are filled in the order that they are received. Orders are processed as soon as possible.

No Signature Required.

Postal Service is authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature. Khanisa's is not responsible for packages left outside for extensive lengths of time, theft or damages.

 

Please be mindful of weather conditions. If you are in a warm climate please do not allow package to sit outside for long periods of time. Khanisa's is not responsible for damaged packages due to weather conditions. 

 

If your package is a gift, please be certain that the recipient will be in town on the day it is scheduled to arrive.

 

Fine Print

khanisas.com and/or Khanisa's LLC  cannot be responsible for damage or loss of gifts due to unavailable recipient, incorrect address information, or theft.  We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once the package has shipped.  Please ensure that all information is correct when filling our shipping forms.

Holiday Shipping

Please be sure to order in time for the Holidays, taking into account the Monday Shipping Advisory. We are closed on major holidays, but will try our very best to get your package out prior closing.

 

Our Guarantee

To guarantee delivery we must have the complete and correct address.  We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O addresses due the highly perishable nature of our products.

 

Gift Messages and Receipts

All orders include a packing slip with no pricing information.  We include a postcard with the designs of our choice if there has been a message included with the order.
